Promoting access to higher education, the development of skills and contributing to improving the competitiveness of the territories where Riopaila Castilla operates is one of the initiatives that this Agroindustrial Group and its foundation, the Caicedo González Riopaila Castilla Foundation, have been leading for some time. more than 10 years. Currently, 447 young people and adults are enrolled in higher education and continuing education programs, where 100% of them have a partial or full scholarship. This is possible thanks to synergies with several allies such as the Telefónica Movistar Colombia Foundation, the Antonio José Camacho University Institution, the Sena, the Universidad del Valle, municipal administrations, among others that join this commitment.
