That the young people of the northern subregion of Valle del Cauca are trained in leadership and generate development processes in their communities is the commitment of the Caicedo González Riopaila Castilla Foundation (FCGRC), the first business foundation in the Valley del Cauca, with the 'Youth School of Territorial Innovation', an initiative with which 80 young people from the municipalities of Bugalagrande and Zarzal will have the opportunity to strengthen their skills and abilities in the matter.
