Message from the Chairman # 5 for our Stakeholders

Everyone receive a special greeting.

We know that the only way to get ahead of this situation that afflicts Colombia and our
region is to stay united, working as a team for our people. That's why we continue
supplying the country with sweeteners, honey, energy and fuel and disinfectant alcohol.

We continue to be part of the solution with the donation of more than 350 thousand liters of alcohol to centers
doctors, relief agencies, peasants, farmers and families in Caldas, Cauca, Cundinamarca,
Quindío, Risaralda and Valle del Cauca; also aware that prevention is the way, to the
To date, we have provided 52,000 bioprotection elements to medical centers in Valle del Cauca.

We ensure the well-being of more than 4,000 families that are part of our team, while
We look after your health, psychosocial tranquility and safety. To this valuable team we have also
equipped with alcohol and masks promoting self-care.

Because we care about the communities, we have also delivered 187 thousand kilos of sugar and more than
5,200 markets for peasants and people in vulnerable conditions.

In addition, our greatest solidarity is with our Fundación Caicedo González Riopaila Castilla, which
it reaches more than 19 thousand people through education, food security and good governance.
Thanks to our foundation today we connect entire communities with educational campaigns and
preventive.

We will continue to be committed because we are part of those who want to move forward, because we are
plus those of us who decided to face this adversity, and now we are stronger, because despite
contingency we continue to stand up, hoping to continue being an example for
