Through the PQRS service, you can send the following:

PETITION

Express request presented by the shareholder in order to obtain information or response to concerns or needs of public, general or collective interest.

COMPLAIN

It is the manifestation of protest, censorship, discontent or nonconformity that the shareholder formulates in relation to a behavior that he considers irregular of one or several company officials.

CLAIM

Expression of shareholder dissatisfaction regarding the provision of a service or delivery of a product that requires compensation in kind or money.

SUGGESTIONS

Any expression that aims to improve the service or management of the company, whose purpose is related to the provision of the service or compliance; Likewise, the shareholder may express his pleasure or satisfaction in relation to the processes, products, services or attention of the investor's office.

Mr. Shareholder, prior to completing your PQRS, it is important that you take into account the following recommendations:

· Clearly describe the request, complaint, claim or suggestion.

· Write the situation clearly and precisely.

Fill in the requested personal and contact information (your email address is essential), otherwise the PQRS cannot be processed

· Anonymous PQRS will not be processed.

· You will receive a response from your PQRS within a maximum period of 15 business days.
