- On January 22, 2020, at the facilities of the Belisario Caicedo de Pradera School, the company, together with its subsidiary Castilla Cosecha, Castilla Agrícola and the Caja de Compensación Familiar del Valle del Cauca, Comfandi, graduated 30 workers of the Comfandi School for Youth and Adults in Basic Primary, Basic Secondary and Middle Education, corresponding to the second promotion of the year 2019.
- EducaRSE is the educational program that the Riopaila Castilla Agroindustrial Group implements through the strategic alliance with Comfandi, through which it offers direct workers and their contractors the opportunity to complete their studies in Basic Primary, Basic Secondary and Secondary Education.
- Through this program, the company has provided education to around 450 young people and adults, contributing to the improvement of their economic conditions, since it allows them to participate in internal calls of the company to access positions with higher remuneration.
- Thus, through this program, the Riopaila Castilla Agroindustrial Group aims to close the educational gaps of its workers and contractors, with the aim of providing them with greater opportunities in the company and favoring the fulfillment of their personal and professional projects.
